MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

STUDENT MEMBERSHIP

A student who is currently studying to achieve an advanced diploma in property valuation or a similarly recognised course.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

A member who has completed valuation qualifications overseas or who has not completed an Australian advanced diploma in property valuation. This is a restricted membership class and associate members are required to have certified valuers sign off on their reports.

CERTIFIED PROPERTY VALUER

A member who has completed an Advanced Diploma in Property Valuation or an equivalent qualification.

CERTIFIED BUSINESS VALUER

A member who is qualified to carry out business valuations.

CERTIFIED RETAIL VALUER

A member who is qualified to carry out specialist retail valuations and retail rental valuations.
